Now that our new officers are in place and we've had a chance to review our committee structure, we need YOU to help us get the work of the Democratic party done at the Ward level.
The following committees are ACTIVELY recruiting volunteers right now:
Events - Ethan Van Ness (ethan.vanness@gmail.com), chair - volunteers help choose topics, connect with speakers, and manage event logistics
Fundraising - Elizabeth Engel (ewengel@yahoo.com), interim chair - volunteers come up with clever ideas for fundraising activities and appeals and help signal boost our campaigns
Outreach & communications - Katarina O’Regan (kcoregan@gmail.com), chair - volunteers help with messaging and graphic design, increasing our online presence, and connecting with local media
Voter Outreach & GOTV - Matt LaFortune (mattlafortune@gmail.com), chair - volunteers help select the campaigns we'll be supporting and work to elect Dems inside and outside DC through post carding, letter writing, text and phone banking, and canvassing
