Ward 6 Dems Welcome New Leadership

On Saturday, June 7, the Ward 6 Democrats gathered at the Northeast Library for our biennial convention and election. We heard from our outgoing president Elizabeth Engel, Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen, and Mayor Muriel Bowser, then elected our new officials. The event concluded with remarks from our new president Maggie Edwards.

 

Elected officers:
