As a trusted political advisor, she has counseled United States Senators, DC Council members, and state and local education officials on an array of domestic policy issues that deeply impact families and children.

CM Henderson was first elected to one our of four At-Large Council seats this past November. She serves on the committees on health, transportation and the environment, government operations and facilities, and labor and workforce development, and she will be working on redistricting as well, so come prepared with your questions related to any of those areas and/or education policy in DC.
