Tommy is a passionate innovator, leading environmentalist, and student of cutting-edge environmental solutions. He is chiefly responsible for protecting the environment and conserving the natural resources of the District of Columbia. (He's also our neighbor here in Ward 6 and is our former council member prior to Charles Allen.)
