Are you passionate about DC Statehood? Would you like to help fight for DC Statehood, using the tools, resources, and network of the Democratic Party to help achieve representation and equity for the 700,000+ residents of Washington, DC?
Responsibilities include:
Attending the monthly DC Democrats Statehood Committee meeting (third Wednesday of the month)
Serving as a liaison between the Ward 6 Democrats and the Statehood Committee
Sharing Statehood Committee updates with the Ward 6 Democrats officers
Sharing information about DC Statehood actions and events with the Ward 6 Democrats so we can support and participate
You do NOT have to be a voting member of the state party to join the Statehood Committee.
