It's DC budget season, which means it's time for our Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen's annual budget town hall meeting.
Date: Wednesday, May 6
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Southwest Library (900 Wesley Place SW)
As usual, Councilmember Allen will provide an overview of Mayor Bowser's draft budget for FY2027 with a focus on how it will affect Ward 6, then turn the mic over to Ward 6 neighbors so we can share our concerns and priorities and ask questions.
Can't make it over to Southwest on the 6th? No worries - Councilmember Allen's team will also be live-streaming AND recording the meeting for later posting to his website.
