Suffragist Tour of Congressional Cemetery - Saturday, June 24
Join the Ward 6 Democrats as we get to know a few of the leaders of the women's suffrage movement who currently "reside" at Historic Congressional Cemetery. Elizabeth Latham, one of the cemetery's "Dozen Decent Docents," will lead us on a 90 minute walking tour and share stories of some of these fascinating individuals who helped shape our country.

Time: Arrive at 9:45 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. tour start time
Location: Provided upon registration
Registration must be received by Wednesday, June 21. The Ward 6 Dems are covering the $10 per person registration cost.
Please be sure to wear sturdy, close toed shoes good for walking on uneven ground.
Parents are welcome to reserve spots for their children, but please note that the tour is not specifically geared toward children.
