#DemDebate2

Fellow Ward 6 Democrats,

This week, we're focused on the second round of Democratic presidential candidate debates. The Ward 6 Dems are hosting events both Tuesday, July 30 (solo) and Wednesday, July 31 (with the DC Democratic State Committee and the Ward 5 Democrats). We hope to see you at one or both.

Do you have a tip for us, or a news item you think we should share with the rest of the Ward 6 Democrats? Send it to our newsletter editor, Elizabeth Engel, at ewengel@yahoo.com.

The Ward 6 Democrats do not charge a membership fee, and we’re entirely volunteer run, but efforts like producing this newsletter, hosting our website, writing postcards to voters in Virginia, providing noshes at our happy hours, and advertising the Ward 6 Matters panels require funds. Monthly donations – even small ones of $5 or $10 a month – are the most helpful for us, because we can then plan expenditures knowing how much money we have coming in. Please donate today to help us achieve our mission of encouraging political activity among Democrats in Ward 6, improving the quality of life in our community, and building the party.
